The third and fourth episodes will air on December 10th and 17th 2021. The first episodes of Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie - 70's aired on France2 in January and February 2021. In the company of this new trio, we set out for more adventures! Rose Bellecour is a stylish and smart young woman, and a gifted psychologist. On their first crime scene visit our third lead makes her appearance. Gréco chooses to team up with the precinct wild man, Max Beretta. She has just been appointed captain in a government experiment, a first in France. It all begins when a woman arrives at the police precinct in the northern French city of Lille. Les Petits Meurtres was already a feminist series in the 1960s and is even more so in the 1970s!ġ972. Virile men are king with their fast cars and cheesy pickup lines, giving the show the perfect opportunity to humorously deride certain kinds of attitude. But sexual liberation and feminism go hand in hand with a staggering degree of male chauvinism. The 1970s are also fascinating in terms of new freedoms. Hippies and bright printed fabrics abound. The outfits are fantastic: miniskirts with thigh boots and trousers with the obligatory flares. The tone is colourful and jubilant, futuristic and psychedelic. Why the 70s? First, because it is an exciting, wild decade.
